Andrew Davies, President
Andrew started his Sales and Advertising career with the Oshawa Generals Hockey Club, part of the Ontario Hockey League, from 2004-2007. During his tenure with the "Gens" Andrew helped increase the team's sales and marketing revenues 3 fold in anticipation of a move to their new home, The General Motors Centre in 2006.
Andrew left the Generals to pursue a career in print media sales with KMI Media where he sold advertising for several national trade and consumer publications. During his 3 years at KMI, Andrew sold over $500,000 of advertising annually and brought more than 60 new advertisers to the company's publications.
Prior to founding Y2 Media Group Ltd. in December 2013, Andrew worked for St. Joseph Media as a National Sales Account Manager working on the Toronto Life account. During his 3 years at St. Joseph's, Andrew was able to attract over 100 new advertisers to the publication and was personally responsible for bringing in over $900,000 of annual advertising revenue, almost all of it new to the magazine.
Andrew has trusted working relationships with some of Canada's most respected brands and has been responsible for selling or placing more than 10 million dollars of advertising in the past decade.
